The Registry receives documents addressed to the City Council and the City Council or to the City. After registration in the case management system, the material is forwarded to the authors.
The Registry provides information on the decisions of the City Council and the City Board and on pending matters.

The Laitila city archives act as the central archive of the city. Its task is to take care of the documents transferred to it and permanently stored there and to be responsible for the information service of the documents it holds. Documents are not loaned outside the city office.
