Kela’s remote service point

From 11.3.2024, a soundproof remote service point will be available in the lower lobby of Laitila town hall (Keskuskatu 30), where you can access Kela’s expert services via video and audio connection on your own. Written instructions and equipment for remote access will be available.

The desk is available to one customer at a time and if you are already there, you can wait in the lobby for your turn. The desk cannot be booked in advance and is available during the normal opening hours of the town hall: generally from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00. It is not accessible during town hall closing times (e.g. July).
