Building control archive orders

The building control archives, for example, the permit decision with its annexes, the approved main drawings, the submitted special plans and other reports that have been necessary to verify the conformity of the construction work with the regulations. The archives also contain documents relating to the supervision of construction work, such as final inspection reports. The availability of these documents varies from one building to another.

The fee for document scanning is charged in accordance with the current fee schedule (City Council 08.11.2021 § 354). 
We aim to process orders within 2-7 working days. During the spring/summer period and for larger orders, longer delivery times should be expected. Orders will be processed in the order in which they arrive.

  • Invoice address
  • Address/property code of the property to be ordered
  • What documents you need for buildings on your property
  • Whether you want the documents as pdf files or as paper copies
