Every property must have a survey of its waste water system. This includes information on where the waste water is generated, how and where it is treated and where the treated waste water is discharged. The report will also include a reasoned assessment of the compliance with treatment requirements and the impact on the environment.
Wastewater system report
The municipal environmental protection authority may, on application, grant a permit for the renewal of the waste water system for a maximum period of 5 years at a time. An application for a permit may be made by submitting an application.
