Change of ownership

When the property changes ownership, the seller transfers the connection and usage contract with the water utility to the new owner. The connections can be transferred to the new owner if the connection fee is paid and the other conditions of the contract are fulfilled or the new subscriber assumes the above obligations.

The necessary information is provided on the transfer notification form.

Complete and print (or print and complete) the transfer form, sign it and submit it to the water utility. At the same time, you can also indicate the water meter reading for the final invoice.

The new owner becomes a party to the contract once we have approved the transfer of the contract. We will send the new owner the contract to sign (or make a transfer note in the previous contract) and the old owner the final invoice.
