The library has exhibition walls in the multipurpose room and the Library hall. The exhibitions in the Library hall are open to the public both during library service hours and during self-service hours. Exhibitions in the multipurpose room are only open during library service hours.

There are also three display cases and two screens. Exhibitors have access to display rails and hanging hooks.

Instructions for booking an exhibition space

Library exhibition spaces can be booked free of charge at the library. The duration of the exhibition is agreed on a case-by-case basis, but the most common duration is approximately one calendar month.

The content of the exhibition should be agreed with the Library Director.

The library is not responsible for any damage to the material and objects displayed in the exhibition. In compelling circumstances, the Library Director may change an agreed exhibition schedule.

Laitila City Library’s exhibition spaces are included in the call for municipal exhibition spaces in the Vakka-Finland region.
