Municipal experiment

Some of the TE Office’s services have been transferred to Laitila for a municipal trial. The municipality of residence of the job-seeker customer determines whether a client is a member of the municipal employment experiment. The transfer from the TE Office to the municipal experiment is automatic, you do not need to do anything. The transfer of services to the Turku Region Municipal Experiment is likely to apply to you if you are an unemployed job-seeker or are participating in an employment service and one of the following applies to you: 

• you are under 30 years old, or 
• you are not entitled to an earnings-related allowance, or
• you are an immigrant or a foreign language speaker. Your mother tongue is not Finnish
